100% Trebbiano white wine, macerated for 5 days on its skins, aged in steel and in the bottle. Straw yellow colour. The scent is intense and fruity. Wine of great acidity, on the palate it is mineral, fresh and savoury, ideal for cold cuts and non-aged cheeses, fish.
