2018 vino da tavola

100% Sangiovese red wine, 10 days maceration on the skins, 6 months refinement in steel, 12 months refinement in second passage barriques. Ready to drink, it has a brilliant ruby colour tending to garnet. It is characterized by a bouquet of cherries and spices. The taste is dry, savoury with known astringents and a tannic persistence. Alcohol 13% Perfect for the whole meal, from first courses to more demanding dishes.

During the fermentation in stainless steel tanks, extreme attention was given to an extraction of  aromas, full colors, and supple, elegant textures and tannins. During the fermentation the must is mixed by hand four times/day. At the end of the fermentation, it was put in steel tanks for a natural clarification. The aging process, which lasted 24 months, took place in 224 liters French oak barriques used twice previously.
